Renovation works for the COSEC and adjoining rooms – Phase 2

Summary

The new municipality of Montval-sur-Loir is procuring phase 2 renovation works for the COSEC sports facility and its adjoining rooms at 25 rue des Paumons. The contract is divided into 11 lots covering asbestos removal and decontamination; site works, demolition and structural work; timber framing; cladding, roofing and waterproofing; external aluminium and internal timber joinery; partitions and ceilings; tiling; painting and flexible floor coverings; plumbing, heating and ventilation; and electrical work. The estimated contract value is €1,316,000 and the works are planned to take 12 months.
