Organisation and development of community garden workshops

Summary

The Normandy Region is procuring services to run activities at its administrative sites in Caen and Rouen and to develop outdoor gardening workshops at the Caen site. The services will be delivered under a framework agreement with no minimum commitment and a maximum value of EUR 12,500 excluding VAT per period. The initial term is 12 months, with two possible renewals, for a maximum total duration of 36 months and an indicated maximum total value of EUR 37,500 excluding VAT.
