Client-side assistance for developing the Soustons catchment sanitation master plan

Summary

The EMMA Joint Syndicate is procuring client-side assistance for preparing and delivering a wastewater sanitation master plan covering Soustons, Azur, Messanges, Vieux-Boucau, Tosse and Saubion. The 30-month assignment covers nine phases, from defining the study requirements and preparing the consultancy through procurement support, technical and administrative monitoring, review of deliverables and final acceptance. The work concerns the full collective sanitation system, including 231.9 km of sewer network, 101 pumping stations and the Soustons wastewater treatment plant; the contractor will support the owner rather than carry out the master-plan study itself.
