Maintenance of technical installations at the Bourdon site and Public Space Laboratory

Summary

The City of Paris is procuring multi-technical maintenance of building systems at the Bourdon site and the premises of its Public Space Laboratory, divided into two lots: Bourdon and the laboratory. The services cover the technical installations at each site and are priced partly as a fixed-price service and partly through a single-supplier framework agreement with orders. Each lot has a one-month preparation period followed by a 24-month service period, renewable once for a further 24 months; the unit-price order range is EUR 30,000–500,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 20,000–400,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2.
