Operation and maintenance of installations and equipment at the ECLPN main site

Summary

The ECLPN is procuring a single-lot, multi-technical framework agreement for operation and maintenance of its main site in Limoges, covering 11 buildings and approximately 35,811 m². The services include operation of building installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdown response and on-call services, consumables and spare parts costing less than €1,000 excluding VAT, as well as occasional replacement of higher-value parts and urgent or unforeseen works. The agreement runs for 36 months from 1 July 2027, with one possible 12-month extension, up to 48 months in total.
