Redevelopment and revitalisation of the village centre of Sotta

Summary

The Municipality of Sotta is procuring works to redevelop and revitalise the village centre. The project covers the approximately 1,300 m² town hall square and 1,150 m² around the shops and former bread oven, including public spaces, pedestrian routes, a new parking area, an approximately 64 m² gathering platform, paving, street furniture and landscaping. The seven lots cover roads and surface works, utility networks, asphalt surfacing, street furniture and signage, green spaces, stone masonry, and custom-made wooden furniture. The works are expected to take four months, with a planned start in March 2027.
