Deployment of a territorial tool to revitalise town centres

Summary

Métropole du Grand Paris is procuring the deployment, operation and maintenance of an AI-enabled digital platform to support the revitalisation of town centres in 15 participating municipalities. The platform will consolidate and analyse data on commercial premises, local economic activity, consumer profiles and shopping flows, with dashboards and tools to track vacancies, identify business opportunities and connect project promoters with suitable premises. The 24-month contract includes a fixed-price component and unit-priced services for project governance, data assessment and integration, additional database connections, and municipal training and support; the unit-priced component has a maximum value of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT.
