Summary

The GHT Union Hospitalière de Cornouaille is procuring a 36-month framework agreement for auditing, analysing and advising on the optimisation of social security and tax costs for three healthcare institutions: Cornouaille Hospital, Douarnenez Hospital and the Finistère Sud mental health facility. The work covers applicable social taxation on institutional expenditure, including VAT and payroll tax, as well as direct and indirect aid. It comprises an initial mapping and diagnosis, analysis of optimisation measures and their financial impact, and support for implementation, including skills transfer to human-resources staff. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 214,999 excluding VAT and is not divided into lots.
