Summary

SPL SOA is procuring programming and delivery-support services for a new municipal swimming pool in Ville-d’Avray under an integrated performance contract. The 72-month assignment includes preparing programme volumes 2–4, aligning them with volume 1, developing the technical and legal documents for the future contract, and assisting with the competitive dialogue and contract finalisation.
