Operation of CAMG thermal installations

Summary

The Marne et Gondoire Agglomeration Community is procuring operation and maintenance of its thermal installations from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The services cover heating, domestic hot-water production, water treatment for heating and hot-water systems, ventilation and air conditioning, including routine maintenance, total-guarantee services, mandatory works and work outside the fixed-price package. The composite contract combines an ordinary contract with a call-off framework agreement; the maximum value of call-off services is €175,000 excluding VAT. The procurement has one lot.
