Restructuring of the Elementary School at 8 Rue des Vertus

Summary

The City of Paris is procuring the restructuring of the elementary school at 8 Rue des Vertus in Paris. The works are divided into seven lots: site setup, clearance, masonry, façade work, asbestos removal and waterproofing; roofing; external joinery, shutters and metalwork; internal partitions, plastering, painting, tiled finishes, internal joinery and fitting-out; electrical works; heating, ventilation, plumbing and sanitary installations; and a lift. The overall works period is up to 13 months, preceded by a two-month preparation period.
