Renovation and restructuring of the employment centre into a social community centre

Summary

The Municipality of Achères is procuring renovation and restructuring works to convert its employment centre into a social community centre. The works are divided into six lots: roof waterproofing and shingle repairs; strip-out, demolition and substrate preparation; plumbing, sanitary installations, ventilation and kitchen fittings; interior joinery, partitions, finishes and flooring; external joinery, entrance airlock and blinds; and electrical, lighting, accessibility and fire-safety systems. Lots 2, 3, 4 and 6 include an optional additional provision for an accessible route to the first floor. The works are expected to take 4–6 months.
