EPFLO is procuring project management services for the asbestos removal, demolition and decontamination of a former SNCF railway hall at 117 rue Ferdinand Sarazin, Margny-lès-Compiègne, as part of the Compiègne station eco-district development. The 36-month assignment covers diagnostic and project studies, preparation of tender documents, support for works procurement, design reviews, construction supervision and handover, as well as related planning authorisations, utility disconnections and railway safety coordination.
