Rental and maintenance of photocopiers

Summary

The Municipality of La Chapelle-Saint-Luc is procuring the rental, delivery, installation, user training and maintenance of multifunction photocopiers for a 60-month period, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers 41 black-and-white machines for municipal services and schools; lots 2 and 3 each cover one colour and black-and-white multifunction machine for the Communications Service and General Services respectively. The annual contract amounts, excluding VAT, range from €12,000 to €50,000 for lot 1, €4,000 to €20,000 for lot 2 and €3,000 to €15,000 for lot 3.
