Project scheduling, management and coordination for the BRIFFAUT campus construction and renovation project

Summary

Soderec – Université Grenoble Alpes is procuring project scheduling, management and coordination services for the construction of the BRIFFAUT COMMUN building and the partial renovation of buildings BRIFFAUT A and B in Valence. The project covers approximately 1,400 m² of new construction and 1,500 m² of renovation, and is expected to run for 41 months. Works will take place on an occupied site, with the renovation phases planned accordingly, including work during the summer period.
