Construction of the Maison des Sports in La Roche-sur-Yon

Summary

The Vendée Department is procuring construction works for the Maison des Sports in La Roche-sur-Yon, an approximately four-storey building bringing together departmental sports services and committees, with public reception, meeting and administrative areas and substantial rooftop photovoltaic generation. The works are divided into 16 lots: earthworks and roads/utilities; external landscaping; reinforced-concrete structural works; timber structure and framing; metalwork and metal cladding; waterproofing; external joinery; internal timber joinery; dry partitions; tiling; resilient flooring; suspended ceilings; painting and cleaning; lift; plumbing, heating and ventilation; and electrical works and photovoltaics. Works are planned to start in March 2027 and last 22 months, excluding a one-month preparation period.
