Supply of electricity to SIAJ

Summary

The Intercommunal Sanitation Syndicate of Jarny (SIAJ) is procuring electricity for all its delivery points under a single-lot framework agreement running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. The supply covers active energy, network delivery, balancing responsibility, the capacity mechanism, energy-saving certificates and related services, including monitoring, an online portal and TURPE optimisation. The framework agreement may have up to three suppliers, with competition held among them for each subsequent contract.
