Extension and restructuring of facilities at Jean Renoir College in Bourges

Summary

The Cher Departmental Council is procuring works to extend and restructure the sanitary facilities, administration area and infirmary at Jean Renoir College in Bourges. The contract is divided into 12 separately awarded lots: modular buildings; structural work and tiling; waterproofing; façades, including asbestos removal, frames, external insulation and exterior joinery; metal framework and metalwork; plastering; interior joinery; suspended ceilings; painting; resilient flooring; heating, ventilation and plumbing; and electrical works. The works are expected to take 14 months, excluding a 70-day preparation period; similar additional works may be commissioned up to 30% of the initial contract amount.
