Framework agreement for school, extracurricular and catering furniture and related services

Summary

The Caisse des écoles of the municipality of Hyères is procuring school, extracurricular and catering furniture for its school and after-school facilities, including on Porquerolles Island. The two lots cover new furniture and refurbished and/or recycled furniture, with delivery, unpacking and packaging removal, assembly, adjustment and placement included. Lot 1 is a multi-supplier framework agreement for subsequent contracts, with up to five suppliers; Lot 2 is a purchase-order framework agreement with one supplier. The agreement runs for one year and may be renewed three times; approximately 90% of annual orders may be placed from April to June.
