Operation and maintenance of heating installations

Summary

The Municipality of Collégien is procuring operation, servicing and maintenance of the heating and domestic hot-water production and distribution systems in municipal buildings it owns or manages, as well as associated cooling equipment. The work includes operational supervision, on-call fault response, preventive and corrective maintenance, tests and inspections. The single-lot mixed contract combines standard services with a framework agreement for call-off orders; its indicative value is €640,000, including options and renewals, for a planned period from 1 January 2027 to 3 January 2028.
