Operation and energy performance of collective heating systems across Foyer Moderne Schiltigheim’s property portfolio

Summary

Foyer Moderne de Schiltigheim is procuring the operation and energy-performance services for the collective heating and hot-water systems across its property portfolio in Schiltigheim, Strasbourg and Bischheim. The single, non-lotted contract covers 29 sites serving approximately 1,032 dwellings, as well as the buyer’s offices, and includes routine operation (P2) and major maintenance and renewal (P3). At the head office, the scope also includes chilled-water production and distribution and two workshop air heaters. The contract runs for five years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031.
