Summary

Plaine Commune Habitat is procuring a framework agreement for multi-trade repair and reinstatement works following damage across its property portfolio. Lot 1 covers incidents estimated at less than €15,000 excluding VAT, including immediate protective measures; Lot 2 covers incidents estimated at €15,000 or more. The works may include site securing, clearance, cleaning and decontamination, electrical work, painting, carpentry, plumbing, glazing and asbestos work under sub-section 4.
