Rehabilitation works at the National Centre for Street Arts and Public Space

Summary

Valenciennes Métropole is procuring the rehabilitation of the Boulon, the National Centre for Street Arts and Public Space, at Rue Charles Longuet in Vieux-Condé. The works are divided into 11 lots covering demolition; structural and timber or metal framework works; roofing and cladding; joinery and metalwork; plumbing, heating, ventilation and electrical works; photovoltaic panels; finishes and public-space improvements; and the installation of retractable seating. Most lots have a planned duration of 12 months, while the electrical works and public-lighting and landscaping lots are planned for 20 months.
