Minor building works for Aix-Marseille University

Summary

Aix-Marseille University is procuring a multi-supplier framework agreement for minor building works across its sites in the Bouches-du-Rhône, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Hautes-Alpes departments. The seven lots cover plumbing, sanitary installations and heating, ventilation and air conditioning; roofing and waterproofing; external joinery; painting, partitions, insulation, ceilings, floor finishes and internal joinery; metalwork and locksmithing; demolition, masonry and tiling; and electrical works, including power and low-voltage systems. Individual orders will each be for works worth less than EUR 100,000 excluding VAT, and the framework may run for up to 48 months.
