Operation and maintenance of campus heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, hot-water and water-treatment systems

Summary

The University of Lille is procuring operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, domestic hot-water production and water-treatment installations across its campuses. The four lots cover Lille Sud (Lille, Loos and Ronchin; maximum framework value €20 million), Campus Pont-de-Bois in Villeneuve-d’Ascq (€5 million), the Moulins, Lille Centre and IAE campuses (€5 million), and the Grande Région Flers–Roubaix–Tourcoing sites across several towns (€5 million). The total maximum framework value is €35 million.
