Maintenance of fire safety and smoke-control systems at Val-de-Marne nursing homes

Summary

The Val-de-Marne public nursing-home group is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems and smoke-control equipment across 14 sites, divided into two lots: eight sites in Lot 1 and six in Lot 2. Preventive maintenance is paid at a fixed annual price; corrective maintenance and other repairs are ordered and paid at unit rates. The framework agreement is initially for one year from 1 February 2027, with up to three 12-month renewals, for a maximum term of 48 months.
