Maintenance of historic heritage in rural municipalities: preparation and updating of maintenance records and monitoring of works

Summary

The Yvelines Department is procuring services to support maintenance of the historic heritage of rural municipalities in the Yvelines area. The services include preparing and updating maintenance records for historic buildings and monitoring the execution of the works recommended in those records. The multi-supplier framework agreement will appoint up to three suppliers, has no minimum value and is capped at EUR 200,000 excluding VAT per performance period; it may be renewed for three further 12-month periods, up to 31 December 2030.
