Renovation of the nursery school

Summary

The municipality of Verquin is procuring the renovation of Jules Ferry nursery school, including thermal and energy-efficiency improvements. The works are divided into eight lots: asbestos removal, demolition and structural works; structural carpentry and joinery; roofing; cladding; external joinery; plastering, suspended ceilings and internal joinery; painting and flooring; and heating, air conditioning and ventilation. The estimated value is €1,000,000 and the works are planned for nine months.
