Restructuring and extension of the Ma Campagne tennis complex in Tourcoing

Summary

The City of Tourcoing is procuring the restructuring and extension of the Ma Campagne tennis complex at 209 rue du Halot in Tourcoing. The works include a fourth covered tennis court, changing rooms, a clubhouse and staff accommodation, and are divided into eight lots: structural works and external envelope; electrical works; plumbing; plastering, insulation, internal joinery, tiling and faience; external joinery; sports flooring; painting and cleaning; and roads and utility networks. The contract is estimated at EUR 3,210,003 and is planned to last 16 months.
