Accessibility improvements and refurbishment of rooms on the first floor of the town hall

Summary

The City of Moulins is procuring works to improve accessibility for people with reduced mobility and refurbish rooms on the first floor of the town hall. The works include making the mayor’s office area accessible, converting a commission-room toilet into an accessible toilet, and refurbishing the mayor’s office, the mayor’s lounge and the waiting room, including air conditioning. The contract is divided into eight lots covering demolition and structural work; joinery and timber flooring; a lift; plastering, painting and ceilings; floor finishes; plumbing; electrical work; and air conditioning. The works are planned to last four months.
