The Charente-Maritime Department is commissioning the operational phase of an agricultural, forestry and environmental land-consolidation project in Saint-Martial-sur-Né, covering approximately 1,237 hectares, 3,705 parcels and 434 property accounts, with extensions into Celles, Germignac and Jarnac-Champagne. The contract has no separate lots and is divided into a firm tranche covering the land reorganisation process, related surveys, consultations, parcel redistribution, associated works planning, final documents and an environmental review, plus two optional tranches for an environmental impact assessment and assistance before the competent administrative court. The planned overall minimum duration for all services, if the tranches overlap, is 74 months.
