Maintenance, repair and statutory inspection of fire safety, gas and electrical systems and UPS units

Summary

The City of Metz is procuring a framework agreement for maintenance, repairs and regulatory inspections across five lots: fire safety systems and mechanical smoke extraction; fire-system inspections; gas installations and cooking appliances; electrical installations; and UPS inspections and preventive maintenance. The work covers the city’s sites and buildings. The estimated total value is €275,000 per year excluding VAT, and the agreement runs for 12 months with up to two further 12-month renewals.
