After-school care, leisure activities and social community services

Summary

The Municipality of Beychac-et-Caillau is procuring, as a single lot, the management, supervision and activities of its after-school care, holiday and Wednesday leisure provision without accommodation, and social community services for 18 months, from 1 January 2027 to 4 July 2028. The scope includes morning and evening care for children aged 3–11, Wednesday and school-holiday activities, lunchtime supervision, sports and swimming activities, homework support, a youth space, family activities and monthly meetings of the Municipal Youth Council. Indicative volumes include Wednesday attendance averaging 43 children aged 3–5 and 67 aged 6–11, and 57,601 child-hours of holiday provision over the contract period.
