Sports, leisure and awareness-raising activities – six lots

Summary

The City of Arles is procuring leisure and sports activities, including awareness-raising, under six multi-supplier framework agreement lots. Lots 1–3 cover after-school leisure activities for primary-school children in three geographic areas; lots 4–6 cover activities for young people up to age 18 at sports activity centres, summer sports courses and EMMS venues, also divided by area. Orders will be issued as needs arise; there is no minimum amount, and the maximum amounts per period are €120,000, €35,000, €20,000, €200,000, €35,000 and €30,000 excluding VAT respectively. The initial term runs until 31 August 2027, with possible successive one-year renewals for up to three years.
