Design, manufacture and delivery of mobile modular accommodation units for seasonal and other employees

Summary

The Carcans tourism and commercial activities authority is procuring the design, manufacture and delivery of mobile modular accommodation units for seasonal staff and employees in three lots. Lot 1 covers two structures, each containing five adjoining units of at least 7 m² and 15 m³, without sanitary facilities, water points or kitchenettes, with a maximum floor area of 40 m² per structure. Lot 2 covers one structure with four such units and a maximum floor area of 35 m²; Lot 3 covers one 35–40 m² family mobile home with a living area, kitchen, three bedrooms, sanitary facilities and a bathroom. The structures must remain temporary, reversible and movable, and delivery is due by 30 April 2027; the contracting authority will arrange utility connections.
