Summary

The Île-de-France Public Land Agency (EPFIF) is procuring advisory and operational support for negotiated land acquisitions in ORCOD-IN urban renewal areas, principally in Grigny. The single-lot, purchase-order framework agreement covers administrative preparation of acquisitions, negotiations and preparation of acquisition files, project committees, reporting and liaison with the contracting authority; it excludes expropriation procedures.
