Composting of wastewater treatment plant sludge and return of compost under a spreading plan

SDEA Alsace-Moselle is procuring a four-year service framework agreement for composting sewage sludge from four wastewater treatment plants—Bergheim, Lapoutroie, Ribeauvillé and Sélestat—and returning the compost to designated storage locations for spreading. The estimated total volume is 36,080 tonnes, covering container hire, sludge transport, composting and return transport; the framework agreement has a minimum value of €2,298,000 and a maximum value of €4,595,000 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
