Maintenance and improvement of green spaces at State sites in Haute-Corse, 2027

Summary

The State, coordinated by the General Secretariat for Corsican Affairs, is procuring maintenance and improvement of green and natural spaces at 44 public-service and state-establishment sites in Haute-Corse (Lot 2). The work includes recurring maintenance, occasional landscaping and creation work, urgent safety interventions, and occasional supply of plants and gardening equipment. Recurring services are paid at an annual fixed price; additional work is ordered as needed, with a maximum of €300,000 excluding VAT per year. The contract is due to start in January 2027 for 12 months, with two possible 12-month renewals.
