Maintenance and monitoring of Alsace public lighting installations

Summary

The European Collectivity of Alsace is procuring a single-lot, single-supplier framework agreement for the maintenance and monitoring of its public lighting installations across Alsace. The work covers an inventory and mapping of the assets, preventive and corrective maintenance, on-call response, inspections, lighting measurements, repairs and replacement supplies, as well as related electrical and civil engineering work. The inventory lists 490 operational light points and two out of service; the framework runs initially until 31 December 2027 and may be renewed for up to three further one-year periods, with a maximum total value of €800,000 excluding VAT.
