Summary
Miehikkälä Municipality is procuring the complete demolition of a fire-damaged terraced building at Ojatie 3, 49700 Miehikkälä. The works include demolishing both the destroyed and the remaining parts of the building, removing all structures down to the foundations, asbestos and other hazardous-material removal, and cleaning the surrounding 750 m² area. The contract is delivered as a design-and-build project.
