Building Condition Surveys

Summary

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) is procuring building condition assessments and investigations under a 12-lot framework agreement. The lots cover general condition assessments; drainage; residential buildings; hazardous materials; moisture in wet rooms; heating, water and sewer systems; ventilation; radon; ducts and flues; electrical and data systems; thermographic imaging; and airtightness measurements. The work will mainly support the planning of building renovation projects and may include supplementary investigations. The framework will run for two years, with two possible one-year extensions, and up to three consulting firms may be selected for each lot.
