Summary
Metsähallitus is procuring design services for the renovation of Pakasmaa House at Pallaksentie 1961, Muonio. The work is divided into two phases: preliminary architectural designs, followed—if the contracting authority decides to proceed—by final architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical designs and related documents for tendering the construction works. The procurement also includes an optional offer for construction-site supervision.
