Mellunkylä Area Maintenance Contract 2027–2032

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring maintenance of public streets and green areas across most of Mellunkylä and parts of Malmi and Vartiokylä for 2027–2032. The work includes winter maintenance, cleaning, upkeep and repair of structures, equipment and street furniture, vegetation care, site management duties and site services. This is one of four separately tendered contracts divided by geographic area.
