Renovation of Kipparinkuja 1

Summary

Espoon Asunnot Oy is procuring the comprehensive renovation of a residential apartment building at Kipparinkuja 1 in Kivenlahti, Espoo. Built in 1977, the building has eight stairwells, four to nine storeys and a basement; the project also includes renovation of the courtyard areas. The works include earthworks and landscaping, repairs to balconies and façades, replacement of lifts, windows, balcony doors, drainage, heating and water pipes, renovation of apartments and building services, and installation of a geothermal heating system. The project will be carried out in three phases, covering stairwells H–F, E–C and A–B, respectively.
