The Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) is procuring vocational coaching for young people receiving rehabilitation support in Southern Finland. The individual rehabilitation service combines in-person and remote coaching, including video appointments, online rehabilitation and cooperation with the client’s network. The region is divided into areas A and B, and the service and its joint development will run from 1 April 2027 to 31 October 2028.
