Vocational coaching for young people receiving rehabilitation allowance, Eastern Finland

Summary

Kansaneläkelaitos (Kela) is procuring individual vocational coaching in Eastern Finland for 18–29-year-olds receiving rehabilitation allowance. The service combines in-person and remote rehabilitation, including meetings, online rehabilitation and network work, and aims to help clients move into studies, employment or other rehabilitation services. The procurement covers two regional areas, A and B, and includes joint service development during the contract period from 1 April 2027 to 31 October 2028.
