Vocational coaching for young people receiving a rehabilitation subsidy in Northern Finland

Summary

Kansaneläkelaitos (Kela) is procuring individualized vocational coaching in Northern Finland for people aged 18–29 who have received a rehabilitation subsidy from Kela for less than two years. The service aims to help participants move from the subsidy into education, employment or other rehabilitation services. It combines in-person and remote sessions, online rehabilitation and network-based work, and will be delivered in one of two regional areas, A or B. The rehabilitation service and its joint development are scheduled for 1 April 2027 to 31 October 2028.
