Photography services, framework agreement 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s Culture and Leisure Division is procuring photography services under a framework agreement covering 2027–2028, with an option for 2029–2030. The three lots cover architecture, the built environment and landscape photography; communications and marketing images, including event photography; and larger photography projects. The estimated maximum value for the 48-month period is €490,000 excluding VAT; the City does not guarantee any purchase volumes. Up to three service providers will be selected for each lot.
