Procurement of a land-use plan production system

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division is procuring a software service for producing detailed and master plans that comply with the national plan data model and for delivering them to Finland’s built environment information system from the beginning of 2029 at the latest. The procurement includes software service access rights, maintenance and support, a fixed-price implementation project, and separately ordered training, further development and expert services as needed.
