Procurement of sodium chloride and calcium chloride for 2027–2028 (2029 option)

Summary

The City of Lohja is procuring sodium chloride for preventing slippery conditions on streets and calcium chloride for street dust control. The procurement has two lots, with a framework agreement and two suppliers ranked by priority selected for each lot; the same supplier may be selected for both. Estimated annual quantities are about 60 tonnes of sodium chloride and 30 tonnes of calcium chloride, with maximum quantities of 100 and 60 tonnes respectively. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option for one additional year.
